**Job Title:** Office Administrator

**Type of Contract:** Full Time, Permanent

**Salary:** £23,088- £24,960 depending on experience

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm (Some flexibility may be agreed)

**Holiday Entitlement:** 28 days per year including bank holidays

We seek a candidate experienced in admin to join our busy team at Vanilla Etc Ltd. As an integral member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in supporting various functions within the business, including, but not limited to, administration of customer orders, answering phone calls, liaising with customers and suppliers. Involving diverse admin tasks to ensure office efficiency.

About The Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of customer orders
  • Sales/Purchase ledger entry in Sage 50
  • Handling phone calls, taking messages, and providing product pricing information
  • Performing general administration duties such as filing, photocopying, responding to emails
  • Receiving goods and booking into the traceability system
  • Booking domestic and international shipments
  • Assisting with stock takes and inventory management
  • Quality management/technical support

Skills & Experience:

  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hardworking team player capable of working independently
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with Sage 50 (desirable)
  • Background in a food manufacturing environment (desirable)
  • Flexible and adaptable to a vast variety of tasks
  • Physically able-bodied as some tasks may require heavy lifting and manual handling
